Couch to 5K week 4 day 2
Today was day two of week 4 of Couch to 5K. I had to run for five minutes twice as well as for three minutes twice. My legs where a little tired because I did day 1 yesterday because I never went to the gym on Sunday ( my day 1 each week). I am very pleased with my progress and feel confident to run outside. Week 1 complete
I finished Week 1 of Couch to 5K and it wasn’t so bad. I got an interval app for my phone which helped to keep track of everything. I walked at about level 3.5 and ran between 4.5 - 5. I also would vary my incline from 1-3 and near the end I would up the incline to 5. All in all I can’t believe I did it. I am excited for next week. - AK

Turkey Bacon
