Workin’ It!
I bench pressed 200lb yesterday (plus whatever the bar weighted) 5reps, 1set. That’s not machine just free weights in that track so I don’t kill myself. That was after lifting 50lb 10reps, 2sets and then 100lb 5reps, 1set and then 150lb 5reps, 1set. I progressively lifted more. I then did 10reps, 2sets with 50lb in military press and squats. All this has been after loosing 6lb this past week so I am feeling pretty good. I would have done more squats but my legs where already tired from doing the arc trainer and air squats ( squats without weights) I did however go on to do tricep curls and pull downs, Leg press and extension and a few other exercises. I have worked out in some way every weekday this week.
