Did you know that Columbus has a micro-distillery? We sure do!

Middle West Spirits are located at the North end of the Short North off of N. High St. and 5th Ave. in what is technically the neighborhood of Weinland Park.

Sounds like Middle West Spirits is starting off with Vodka called Oyo with plans for Gin and possibly Whiskey. Oh by the way Oyo is Iroquois for Beautiful River in reference to the Ohio River.

Saturday night I drove by before knowing what they were and thought their distillery equipment was sculptures. You gotta check their location out. I am excited to see them in the neighborhood and can’t wait to try some of their Vodka.
